Things were pretty hit and miss this month but I did make some progress.  Comments in brackets and finished items are crossed off.  I hope to have more things crossed off next month . . .

1. Practice the flute 5 times a week [So far I've actually have been doing this one!]
   
2. Floss 3 times a week [I started out so well . . .]
   
3. Exercise 3 times a week [didn't get anywhere with this one]
   
4. Lose 25 lbs [or this one]
   
5. Drink 4 glasses of water 3 times a week [been doing pretty well with this one]
   
6. Buy nothing non-essential on my credit card in January, February, March, August, September, and October [I wasn't completely successful with this but I did buy less than I had been lately]
   
7. Make what/where/when decisions [after two talks with a career counselor, I actually have some direction in my work life]
   

So I've been thinking setting some goals might be A Good Idea.  I came up with 20 goals while waiting for my plane today.  Some will be easily done.  Others not so much.  I hope that by reporting on them monthly, I might actually make some progress on the more difficult ones . . .

I have unexpectedly finished a number of things the past 3 days so I should update my list . . . not quite sure what I'm going to work on next . . .

So I learned to knit a couple weeks ago.  And then I was thinking "exactly how many projects do you have going/planned" and I realized I didn't know.  So I figured a list was required . . . and I now know I have enough projects listed to keep me busy for many many years . . .
